New for 2006
--Permanent Buildings
To avoid closing rides during the event, Busch Gardens is
constructing, or possibly planning to construct, permanent buildings to
hold the haunted houses of Howl-O-Scream. Currently under
construction in Timbuktu, behind the Timbuktu Theater and Cheetah
Chase, is a 5,400 square foot metal building to hold the
Mortuary haunted house. If the they are to be built, the buildings for the houses will be
built over a period of several years. The Ubanga-Banga Bumper Cars
will be used for a house again this year.
